Lendlease had decided to move their suite of websites to a new CMS. They have 50+ websites and about 30+ different themes that are used for those sites. The goal was to migrate all sites in less than a year and create a design system in the process that would allow us to make building and designing new components in the future easier.  
Scope included:  
  • Review of current website components and styles in Sitecore
  • Find design system solution to help migrate 50+ websites to Optimizely
  • Define requirements for all new components and styles
  • Create Figma Master Component Library, Master Theme and System to create child themes
